Community Informatics: Doing Digital Technology for Everybody Else: Professor Michael Gurstein is an expert on the use of information technologies by communities outside of the narrow band of “Digital Natives”, and looks at how information and communication technologies can and should be designed to support the needs of "everybody else": the non-young, the poor, people in rural areas, the disabled, those who aren't functionally literate in reading or in technology.
